Sentry Integration
See your Sentry project's unresolved issues next to your visitors' console logs — stack trace, breadcrumbs and all — and turn any of them into a feedback item in one click.
Available on the Feedback Module, Team and Agency plans, or as a paid add-on — not on Solo.
Sentry is where your errors are; your team's work is somewhere else. The Pintelly Sentry integration connects a Sentry project to a Pintelly project and lists its unresolved issues on the project's Console Logs page, in a Sentry tab right next to the console output captured from real visitors — so the browser-side and the Sentry-side of a problem sit on one screen.
Click an issue and the whole story opens in a side panel: how many events and users it hit, an hourly chart of the last 24 hours, the browser, OS and release it happened on, the stack trace with the failing line highlighted, and the breadcrumbs that led up to it. When it deserves a fix, one click turns it into a feedback item — stack trace and breadcrumbs included — so it enters the same board, assignment and Slack flow as everything else.
What it does
Unresolved issues, in your dashboard
Issues Sentry saw in the selected period (24h, 7d, 30d or 90d), with event and user counts, newest activity first.
Stack trace, crash site first
Your app's frames show the surrounding source lines with the failing line highlighted; library frames fold away until you need them.
Breadcrumbs and environment
The clicks, navigations and requests just before the error, plus browser, OS, device, URL, release and environment.
One click to feedback
Turn an issue into a feedback item with its stack trace, environment and breadcrumbs in the description and a priority taken from its level.
Never the same issue twice
An issue can become one feedback item only; converting it again takes you to the item it already became.
Sentry's user data stays in Sentry
User emails and IPs Sentry attached to an event aren't shown to your team in Pintelly.
How it works
Connect a Sentry project
From Settings → Integrations → Sentry, pick a Pintelly project and enter its Sentry region, organization and project, plus an auth token. Pintelly checks that the token can read that project before saving it, encrypted.
Issues are read live
Every view asks Sentry for the current unresolved issues (cached for about a minute), so what you see matches Sentry — nothing is copied into Pintelly until you convert it.
Triage where your team works
Converted issues land on the feedback board with a priority from their level — fatal → urgent, error → high, warning → medium — and post to Slack if the project is connected.
Setup
- 1.In Sentry, create an auth token with project:read and event:read — an internal integration token or a personal token both work.
- 2.In Pintelly, open Settings → Integrations → Sentry.
- 3.Choose the Pintelly project, your Sentry region (US — sentry.io, or EU — de.sentry.io), and the organization and project slugs.
- 4.Paste the token and click Connect Sentry; Pintelly verifies it against the project before saving.
- 5.Open the project's Console Logs page and switch to the Sentry tab.
Frequently asked questions
Does Pintelly change anything in Sentry?+
No. It only reads issues and events with the token you provide; completing a feedback item does not resolve the issue in Sentry.
Does it work with self-hosted Sentry?+
Not at the moment — the integration connects to sentry.io, in either the US or the EU (de.sentry.io) region.
Is my Sentry data copied into Pintelly?+
Issues are fetched from Sentry when you look at them and cached for about a minute. Only an issue you convert to feedback is stored, as that feedback item.
Who on my team can see Sentry issues?+
Members whose role can read monitoring data. Connecting or disconnecting Sentry needs permission to change the project's settings.
Can one Pintelly project show several Sentry projects?+
Each Pintelly project connects to one Sentry project; connect each of your Pintelly projects to its own.
