On-site Surveys
Ask visitors a few short questions on the pages that matter — choice, rating, NPS or open text — and read the results as percentages, averages and an NPS score.
The feedback widget waits for a visitor to speak up. Surveys ask first. You write a short survey — single or multiple choice, a 1–5 rating, a 0–10 NPS question or an open text answer — choose which pages it appears on and how many seconds to wait, and publish it. Visitors see one question at a time in a small card that works even when the feedback button is turned off.
Each visitor sees a survey only once: after they answer or close it, it doesn't come back. Responses are anonymous — only the answers, the page path and the time are stored, with no IP address, cookie, session or visitor ID. Results add up every response: counts per option, rating averages and distributions, an NPS score, a response rate against how many times the survey was shown, and every text answer, with a CSV export of all responses.
What you get
Five question types
Single choice, multiple choice, 1–5 rating, 0–10 NPS and open text.
Page targeting
Show a survey only on matching paths, after a delay you choose.
Anonymous by design
No IP address, cookie, session or visitor ID is stored with a response.
Full results and CSV
Counts, averages, NPS, response rate, all text answers and a CSV export of every response.
How it works
Write the questions
Add single-choice, multiple-choice, 1–5 rating, 0–10 NPS or open text questions, mark which are required, and optionally add English and Turkish translations.
Target pages and timing
Limit the survey to matching paths with a simple pattern like /pricing or /blog/*, set a delay in seconds, and publish. It uses the same script as the rest of Pintelly.
Read the results
See per-question counts, averages, NPS and response rate, page through text answers, and download every response as CSV.
Frequently asked questions
Will the same visitor see a survey again?+
No. Once a visitor answers or closes a survey, it isn't shown to them again in that browser.
Are responses anonymous?+
Yes. Pintelly stores only the answers, the page path and the time — no IP address, cookie, session or visitor ID — and visitors see a note saying so on the survey.
How is the NPS score calculated?+
The percentage of promoters (9–10) minus the percentage of detractors (0–6), rounded to a whole number.
Can I show the survey in my visitors' language?+
Questions and options can have English and Turkish translations. Visitors see their browser's language, and results stay grouped under the original option so they don't split by language.
What about spam?+
Submissions from other origins are rejected, suspected bot submissions go to a spam list you can restore from, and each visitor IP has a daily response cap per survey.
