These terms govern access to and use of Pintelly's websites, dashboard, SDK, analytics, feedback, monitoring, SEO and related services.

Effective: 28 August 2026Version: 1.1

Contracting service: Pintelly, Türkiye. The full registered name, postal address and company/tax details will replace this temporary identification when finalised. Legal notices may be sent to [email protected].

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. You must have legal capacity to contract and, when acting for an organisation, authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not create or use an account.

2. Service and account

Pintelly provides website feedback, analytics, session replay, monitoring, SEO and AI-assisted analysis tools. Features may change as the service develops. You are responsible for accurate account information, credential security and activity under your account.

3. Customer data and privacy duties

You retain rights in data submitted through your projects and grant Pintelly the limited right to process it to provide, secure and support the service. You must have a lawful basis, provide required notices, collect valid consent where required, configure masking and avoid sending prohibited or unnecessary sensitive data.

  • Do not collect passwords, payment-card data, health data or other special-category data through Pintelly unless expressly supported and lawfully configured.
  • Respond to data-subject requests where you act as controller; Pintelly will provide reasonable processor assistance.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not violate law, third-party rights or security controls.
  • Do not probe, overload, reverse engineer or misuse the service.
  • Do not crawl or monitor hosts you do not control or have authority to test.
  • Do not use analytics or AI output for unlawful profiling or decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

5. AI-assisted features

AI analysis runs only when an authorised user deliberately requests it. Output may be inaccurate and is advisory; verify it before acting. You are responsible for ensuring submitted content may lawfully be sent to the disclosed provider.

6. Plans, fees and taxes

Paid-plan prices, limits, billing periods and cancellation terms shown at purchase form part of these Terms. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The service will not impose a paid subscription without an explicit purchase step.

7. Intellectual property

Pintelly and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, branding and documentation. You may use them only as permitted by these Terms. Feedback about Pintelly may be used without restriction, without identifying you publicly unless agreed.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Pintelly may restrict or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use or non-payment, with notice where reasonably possible. Data deletion remains subject to stated recovery periods, legal retention and backup cycles.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. SEO, monitoring, analytics and AI results are informational, not legal, financial or professional advice. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that rule, Pintelly is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or loss caused by customer configuration or unlawful data collection.

10. Data Processing Addendum

Where Pintelly processes personal data on your behalf, the published Data Processing Addendum and its security, processing and subprocessor annexes form part of these Terms. If there is a conflict about processor obligations, the DPA controls.

11. Governing law and changes

Turkish law applies, subject to mandatory data-protection and consumer rules. Competent courts and a formal notice address will be completed when the operating entity details are finalised. Material changes will be notified in advance where required; continued use constitutes acceptance only where permitted by law.
