Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellation, withdrawal and refund rules for paid Pintelly subscriptions and add-ons purchased through Paddle.

Effective: 10 September 2026Version: 1.0

Paddle acts as the authorised reseller and seller of record for purchases completed through Paddle Checkout. Paddle processes payments, cancellations and approved refunds. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid Pintelly plans, renewals and add-ons purchased through Paddle. Gifted, trial and free access has no purchase price to refund. If checkout identifies another seller or payment route, the terms presented for that transaction apply.

2. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal linked from the Pintelly dashboard or your Paddle receipt. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period: access continues until then and no further renewal is charged. Cancellation by itself does not refund time already used or the unused remainder of the current period.

3. Refund eligibility

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, completed transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Refund requests are assessed under the Paddle Refund Policy and applicable law.

  • Eligible consumers may have a statutory withdrawal period, including a 14-day period for certain first subscription payments. That right may end once digital services are supplied or used with the consumer's required consent or acknowledgement.
  • A refund may be available when a persistent, material technical defect prevents access to the purchased service and Pintelly cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
  • Duplicate, unauthorised or incorrectly charged transactions will be investigated using Paddle's transaction records.
  • Renewals, partially used billing periods, plan changes and add-ons are not automatically refundable. Mandatory local consumer rights always prevail.

4. How to request a refund

Use the receipt or manage-subscription link in your Paddle confirmation email, the billing link in your Pintelly account, or visit paddle.net and choose the refund option. Include the purchase email, transaction or receipt reference, the reason for the request and any relevant technical details. Do not send full payment-card details to Pintelly.

5. Review and payment

Paddle verifies the transaction and decides or processes the refund in accordance with its buyer terms, refund policy and applicable law. Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank and card processing times may delay when funds appear. Fraud, refund abuse or chargeback manipulation may result in refusal where permitted by law and restriction of the related account.

6. Taxes, chargebacks and contact

Tax-refund eligibility and documentation are handled by Paddle under its buyer terms. Contact Paddle before starting a chargeback so the transaction can be investigated; this does not restrict any lawful right to dispute an unauthorised charge. For product troubleshooting, contact Pintelly at [email protected]. For payment, cancellation or refund requests, use paddle.net.
